ЮИ ТГУ Компания «Симплоер» Антон Вашкевич

27 октября 2016 года состоялась долгожданная встреча с управляющим партнёром компании «Симплоер» Антоном Вашкевичем. Тема открытой лекции была «Право 2025: Сценарии развития и новая роль юристов».

В рамках беседы Антон рассказал студентам и практикующим юристам об особенностях современного этапа работы в юридических департаментах и в консалтинге. Интересным оказался взгляд лектора на юриста уже ближайшего будущего: он должен хорошо разбираться в информационных процессах и технологиях, уметь просчитывать риски и приносить прибыль бизнесу. Эти качества юриста – самые востребованные на сегодняшний день во всем мире!

Антон также поведал об автоматизации исполнения в деятельности предприятия и о том, как можно закон перевести в форму программы и какие при этом появляются сложности, связанные с объективизацией реальности.

Многих студентов впечатлили затронутые темы, и они еще долго не хотели отпускать лектора, задавая ему множество вопросов.

В Томской области стартовал ежегодный конкурс «Юрист года – 2016». Участие в нем могут принять лица с высшим юридическим образованием, проживающие на территории региона и работающие в органах власти, научной сфере или бизнесе.
Претендентов на победу в конкурсе выдвигают органы местного самоуправления и государственной власти Томской области, советы образовательных учреждений и научных организаций, трудовые коллективы, общественные объединения, возможны также заявки от отдельных лиц. Заявки на участие принимает Совет Томского регионального отделения Общероссийской общественной организации «Ассоциация юристов России», который производит отбор финалистов и определяет победителя. Заявки принимаются до 23 ноября 2016 года по адресу Томск, ул. Московский тракт, 8, каб. 108, тел. (3822) 529-868.
При рассмотрении документов оцениваются достижения претендентов в укреплении законности и правопорядка, защите прав и законных интересов граждан и организаций, развитии юридических наук, подготовке юридических кадров. Отбор финалистов конкурса будет идти по номинациям «Власть», «Наука», «Бизнес» и «Общество».
Объявление победителя и лауреатов конкурса «Юрист года – 2016», вручение дипломов состоятся 2 декабря на общем собрании Томского регионального отделения Ассоциации юристов России, посвященном празднованию Дня юриста.

11 октября 2016 года кафедрой корпоративной юридической практики совместно с ПАО «СИБУР Холдинг» был проведен круглый стол «Юридическая практика в крупной компании. Опыт ПАО «СИБУР Холдинг».
В рамках прошедшего мероприятия было подписано соглашение о сотрудничестве в сфере подготовки кадров.

Напоминаем, что будет конкурсный отбор желающих, по итогам которого будет сформирована группа. Обучение включает в себя 20 мастер-классов в течение учебного года. Занятия будут вести как сотрудники СИБУРа, так и приглашенные ведущие эксперты в области права. Наиболее отличившиеся студенты после окончания университета получат возможность пройти полугодовую оплачиваемую стажировку на томской площадке СИБУРа, а затем устроиться на работу в одно из предприятий холдинга (сегодня СИБУР представлен в 26 регионах страны).

Круглый стол ЮИ ТГУ

20 октября на площадке Юридического института НИ ТГУ, при участии Томского регионального отделения ООО «Ассоциация юристов России» состоялся Круглый стол на тему «Общественный контроль в Томской области».

В работе Круглого стола приняли участие представители общественности, члены общественных советов при органах исполнительной власти, представители самих органов государственной власти Томской области (были представлены: Законодательная Дума Томской области, Департамент здравоохранения, Департамент социальной защиты населения, УМВД России по Томской области, УФСИН России по Томской области, Прокуратура Томской области).

На этом мероприятии с докладами об общественном контроле в уголовно-исполнительной деятельности выступили директор Юридического института, председатель ТРО ООО «Ассоциация юристов России» В. Уткин, председатель ОНК Томской области Г. Постников. Уполномоченный по правам человека в Томской области, член совета ТРО ООО «Ассоциация юристов России» Е. Карташова рассказала о необходимости общественного контроля в специальных учреждениях, где проживают граждане, страдающие психическими расстройствами, озвучив основные проблемы, которые выявляют там правозащитники.

В рамках обмена опытом на встрече выступил председатель Общественной палаты Копейского городского округа Челябинской области М. Бабин. Также на Круглом столе заместителем директора Юридического института, председателем Общественного совета при УФСИН России по Томской области Н. Ольховиком были озвучены проблемы нормативно-правового регулирования общественного контроля, в том числе предложения по корректировке правовых актов на региональном уровне.

По результатам встречи будут разработаны рекомендации для органов государственной власти, реализация которых поможет повысить доступность и эффективность механизмов общественного контроля.
